Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is charged at £15.25 for most Mainland UK addresses for small low value. High value items will be charged on weight and delivered via courier service to provide full traceability of goods and will need a signature and time of delivery. European and Worldwide deliveries charges will be upon quote of any items ordered and despatch will generally take 2-3 days from the shipping date. Deliveries will normally be made within 3-5 days; a signature will be required. You will be advised of any delay or if the item is no longer available. .

Fused Mobility Ltd protects personal information by putting in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the personal information we collect from you. This prevents unauthorised access, maintains data accuracy and ensures that the personal information is used correctly. We use a secure server that encrypts all the personal information that you input before it is sent to us.
Returns & Replacements
Please contact us on +44 (0) 845 126 1345 and speak to one of our representatives to obtain an authorised RMA number. Please return the goods in the original packaging. Hard drives etc. must be packed in full antistatic envelopes with adequate packaging. RMA numbers must be clearly marked on the shipping advice. Goods in inadequate packing and/or lack of a valid RMA number will not be accepted by PC, and will invalidate any warranty claims. Goods must be returned with a full written description of any fault. Phrases such as faulty, suspect or does not work are not acceptable and will delay turnaround. Returned items will be tested as near to the fault conditions as possible as those described on the returns form. If the information provided is insufficient or inaccurate basic tests will be performed and the unit will be returned with No Fault Found. Any item found damaged through misuse or incorrect installation will be subject to a chargeable repair. Returned goods will be repaired or replaced at Fused Mobility Ltd absolute discretion, as soon as possible, the targeted turnaround time is 14 days subject to availability of parts. However, we do in all instances attempt to turn around customer products as quickly as possible subject to adequate testing and parts availability. Some goods will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty procedures and we will notify customers of their terms and conditions. .
Ordering
If you decide you're ready to buy, just make sure that the quantities, product names and price are correct. Then you're ready to proceed to the checkout by clicking on the go to checkout button. If you're new to Fused Mobility Ltd you will need to register, you can do this by going to the click here to register link and completing the short form. Once you've created an account, you can return to My Basket to complete your order. To proceed to the checkout, click on the go to checkout button. You will be asked to log in so enter your email address and password, then click continue. The contents of your basket will now be displayed. If you are satisfied that all the details are correct, i.e. quantities, product names and price, follow the on-screen instructions and select your choice of payment. All prices viewed on the website are exclusive of VAT. For delivery to UK and Europe VAT at 20% will be applied to order on checkout. Fused Mobility Ltd has a reputation for delivering the latest products to market at competitive prices. We will pre announce the arrival of products displaying them on the bottom of the homepage in the "Coming Soon" category. We will also add a "Pre Order" tag in the first line of the description of the product. We recommend all customers wishing to place orders for these items to choose the "Fax Payment" method in the checkout. This process places an electronic version of the order on our site, but provides a printable order form for customers to complete with their credit card details and then faxed back. The order will be processed on our internal sales system, but no payment will be taken until despatch note is created on the day your goods are shipped. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CREDIT / DEBIT CARD OPTION IS A REAL TIME CREDIT CARD PAYMENT GATEWAY, WHICH WILL DEBIT YOUR CARD INSTANTLY VIA OUR BANKS SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESS.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All promotions are on the home page and emailed out in our newsletter, if you are interested In receiving the newsletter then you can subscribe to this by login on to ‘My Account’ on the top right hand side of the page. All Pricing is checked regularly to make sure they are competitive with the growing market, discount will be given on volume items ordered, for this you will need to contact the sales team +44 (0) 845 126 1345 and they will arrange for a quote to be emailed over with a competitive discount enclosed. All payments can be processed thought either the own shopping basket which is managed by Sage Pay or you can choose to pay via PayPal. For large volume orders bank details will be provided for a direct transfer to our account.
Viewing Orders
If you require to view your order history you will need to login to your Fused Mobility account, My Account at the top right hand side of the screen and then click My Orders. From this screen you can view, change and amend any orders that are awaiting shipment, or if they have been received and you wish to return them, once you have called Fused Mobility you can go ahead and request for a return to be processed on your account.
Updating Account Information
If you would like to change your personal details, such as your address, email, phone number etc. You will need to log into My Account at the top right side of the page. To change your account information, simply complete the changes you require to make, then click save continue.
