The Ranger 3 is available in three configurations for optimum fit to buyer requirements:

Ranger 3L: Base model with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, Compass and Accelerometer.
Ranger 3XC: Has the 3L features and adds a 3G GSM cellular modem, camera and LED flashlight.
Ranger 3XE: Has the 3XC features and adds a 1D barcode laser scanner.
